A Very Disgusting Entry- Don't Say I Didn't Warn You

finally i am menstruating. haha.

and it's the most most painful period i have ever experienced in my life. the pain was so excruciating that i couldn't sleep at all last night. arrgh, blame on the progesterone medication.

for the guys info, don't think that menstruating is easy.
it's not merely having a blood flow. sometimes, it comes in a package with PMS and dysmenorrhea. if you think that menses consists of pure blood.. like the blood you see when you bleed....you are wrong. it comes together with some mucosal tissue debris. imagine...a cup of ribena drink, with some strawberry jam floating above. i hope you don't see the jam in a different way from now onwards. haha!

just imagine our uterus lining breaking up into tiny pieces...or sometimes...in big chunks. painful or not? try to cut off your testicle bit by bit. i bet you can't even remember your mom's name. haha.

girls' washrooms are generally dirty not because we don't know how to aim. by the way, i think guys can't aim properly with their batangs either. but that's not the topic at hand today. our toilets are dirty because some girls just don't know how to discard their used sanitary pads properly. some don't even know how to wrap the pads. makes me feel like giving them some lessons on how to wrap a pad like a miniature packet of nasi lemak. again, i hope you don't see the food in a different way.
